Shipments
It is forbidden for persons under 18 years of age to purchase and consume CBD. The buyer certifies, by validating his order on our site, to be over 18 years old and to have taken note of the general conditions in its entirety and to accept them. CBD Flash can in no way be held responsible.
The VAT is included. The goods can be sent worldwide. It is the responsibility of the buyer to study the legislation of his country and he is the only one responsible in case of problems of routing of the parcel.
We do not accept any responsibility for lost or delayed parcels from the postal services.
Returns
No returns or refunds will be made.
Payment
The payment is made in advance, either on the bank account or by credit card, another form of online payment. The goods remain the property of CBD Flash until full payment is received.
Warning
We guarantee the legality of our products on the sealed bags. Any person who processes the product sold will be prosecuted by our company.
International shipments
The products sold on this website contain less than 0.2% THC, it is up to the buyer to find out about the legislation in force in the country of delivery. CBD Flash declines all responsibility in case of delay, customs seizure, loss of the package during international delivery.
Modification of the general conditions
Green Brothers Switzerland Ltd. reserves the right to unilaterally change its terms and conditions at any time. Nevertheless, the contract shall be governed by the general terms and conditions in force at the time of its conclusion.
Applicable law
The contract as regulated by these general terms and conditions, the general terms and conditions and all subsequent orders are governed by Swiss law.
Intellectual property
The design of the packaging, name, logos, are the property of the company CBD Flash. All copies and commercial uses are forbidden.
